For the Banquet MEGA Summer Intern project at Mars United Commerce, I served as the Art Director Intern, collaborating closely with Copywriter Intern Eleanor Snee and the rest of the internship team to create a marketing campaign aimed at increasing awareness and trial of the Banquet MEGA Chicken Filet. We used data from sources like Marilyn, MRI Simmons, and Infegy Social Listening to identify the target audience and shape our strategy.
I designed key creative assets, including web and mobile banner ads for brand awareness, in-store sampling mockups, Pinterest board ads, and targeted banners. Working with Eleanor, we ensured the visuals and copy were aligned to effectively communicate the product’s benefits, like enhanced flavor and convenience.
At the end of the program, we presented our final concepts to the company and the client, showcasing how our work could drive real-world impact. This campaign was activated at Walmart, marking a step in bringing the Banquet MEGA Chicken Filet to a broader audience in-store and online, influencing consumer engagement and sales.

Nothing makes kids more disheartened than the words “We have food at home.” But what if “food at home” didn’t mean mushy leftovers? What if the phrase “food at home” meant indulging everyone’s cravings? With Banquet MEGA, families can recreate the drive-thru menu at home and make it their own. The MEGA Chicken Filets have all the flavor of restaurant favorites while allowing families to customize each meal to their liking. So the next time parents say, “We’ve got food at home,” they can say it loud and proud. Because it’s not just any food – it’s MEGA.
