Project Description

For my Middle Years Programme (MYP) Personal Project at KIS International School (Bangkok), I decided to create a Fusion Food Cookbook because I wanted to combine my love for cooking & photography. I created 4 fusion recipes that blend foods from different cultural backgrounds, then I photographed all my dishes, created a book out of it, and got it published.

This project was completed in 2019 but I decided to revisit it and redo the project in 2021 during my first year of college. I wanted to do this because my graphic design skills had improved immensely and I wanted to showcase that in this cookbook. At the end of this page, I will be showing some comparisons of the old book and the new book.
